Foundation

Two group calls. Establishing baseline. Mapping your patterns. Interrupting the loop. Optional 1:1 support available.

Month 02

Immersion

One group call plus a 4-day in-person immersion (included), held on the Oaxacan coast in Mexico. Nearest airport is PXM (Puerto Escondido). Deep somatic and environmental reset, including ceremonial work with ancestral plant medicines held in a safe, prepared container. Two optional private 3-day immersions available, one before and one after the group immersion (1 spot each).

Before this work, I was building in biotech.

I founded one of the earliest accessible 3D bioprinting companies for living tissue, patented real technology, raised millions in venture capital, stood on major stages, and watched the outside of life expand quickly.

From the outside, it looked like momentum.

From the inside, I still could not turn it off.

The milestones came. The baseline stayed the same.

Success improved my life. It did not create peace.

That was the part no one talked about.

How achievement can quietly become a coping strategy.

How the same drive that builds your life can eventually become the thing that keeps you from living it.

So I went looking.

Not for another strategy. For the actual root.

Years of retreats, silence, jungle dietas, contemplative practice, nervous system work, and long periods of dismantling the identity built around performance.

01When does the cohort start?

Cohort 02 launches October 8, 2026 and runs through the end of January 2027.

02When are the group calls?

Group calls are held on Thursdays at 11 AM Mexico City time (CST). Calls run every two weeks for 60–90 minutes.

03Who is this not for?

People looking for talk therapy or hoping for a passive experience. This is a rigorous container that requires consistent practice and honest engagement. It can absolutely support people moving through acute crisis, the work meets you wherever you are.

04What does the in-person immersion involve?

Four days in a small, held container. Somatic and breath work, silence, time outdoors, and ceremonial work with ancestral plant medicines when appropriate, integrated within a carefully prepared environment.

05How much time is required?

One group call every two weeks (60–90 minutes), plus a light daily practice. The work is designed to integrate into a demanding schedule, not replace it.

06How large is the cohort?

Maximum of 10 people per cohort. Small enough that everyone is seen, large enough for a real group field.

07Is this confidential?

Strictly. The cohort operates under a clear confidentiality agreement.

08How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Therapy works largely through narrative. Coaching works through goals and accountability. This works through the body and nervous system, with practical lifestyle design and, when appropriate, ritual. The aim is a different baseline, not a better story about it.

09What if I can't make a call?

Calls are recorded and reviewed in 1:1 or async support. Missing one is fine; missing the rhythm is not.
